Communication and Investor Relations Policy

Svitzer’s Communication and Investor Relations Policy reflects the following key objectives:

  • Ensuring equal access to relevant information by communicating in an adequate, timely and accurate manner in order to facilitate regular trading and fair pricing of Svitzer’s shares;
  • Creating visibility and accessibility for current and potential investors by communicating through company announcements, press releases, our corporate website, investor presentations, conference calls, and direct communication and dialogue with investors, analysts and key stakeholders;
  • Ensuring that we follow good corporate governance practices and complies with the rules and regulation for companies listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S; and
  • Ensuring that the Board of Directors and the Executive Management, as applicable, are briefed on relevant dialogue with investors, analysts or other relevant capital market stakeholders, including any relevant information received.

Quiet periods

For a period of four weeks prior to the release of our annual and interim financial reports and quarterly trading statements for Q1 and Q3, we maintain a quiet period. During these quiet periods, we do not comment on or discuss any matters related to our financial results or expectations.
